1. Can I refund or exchange my products?

Yes, although Wax Melts and Tea Light Candles are not Eligible for Returns you may Refund or Exchange each of those products including Candles as well too as long as they have not been damaged or used in any kind of way. You have 30 days to refund and if you're unsure about rather if you would like to refund or exchange your products within those 30 days, I can also offer you a Online Store Digital Discount Code as well too.

2. Why Does My Candles & Wax Melts have to take 14 days to cure?

Curing your candles is important because the fragrance oil needs to spread out evenly into the wax in order for your candles and all of your other products that you purchase to have the best scent throw possible, However though depending on the type of wax that is being used some candles will have to cure for a shorter amount of time while others will have to cure longer and due to the 100% Natural Soy wax that I use for my products, all Tea Light Candles, and Candles will have to cure for at least 14days. For the Wax Melts it takes up to at least 5-7 days.

3. Due to the cure time for my products, when should I expect my candles to be shipped out?

Due to the waiting time to receive your custom-made candles, for Priority Mail international shipping being 6-10 Business days, your products will be packaged and shipped out either on the same day or next day. If you happen to receive your products 4 days early, you'll have to allow them to finish curing for the remainder of the 4 days. For The US, due to Priority Mail Shipping being 1-3 Business days your products will be packaged and shipped out to you 7 days after your purchase, and when you receive your products 4 days early. You'll also have to wait the remainder of the 4 days until you can light your products. The same would go as if you would like your products to be shipped out right away after making a purchase.

However though, if you'd like to put a hold on creating your own custom-made products. I have some premade products that has been cured way ahead of time and they will be packaged and ready to be shipped out either on the same day shipping or next day shipping for both The US and International shipping. Note: Some product Sizes availability may vary due to some stock shortages. Also, if you happen to have an allergy to a specific type of fragrance oil that I have. Please let me know ahead of time before deciding to make a purchase on those lists of products and if there's any premade candles with that same fragrance oil in it, we'll go over the different variety of substitutions that I have available for you either through email, or you can also contact me by using the Facebook messenger button at the bottom on the right-hand side of the screen.

4. What can we use to cut the wax melts?

You may use a standard straight pointed candle carving knife to cut up your wax melts.

5. What Are Fragrance Oil Flash Points?

Fragrance Oil Flash Points are based on the temperature of the wax when adding in the fragrance oil, adding the fragrance oil at the proper temperature will help give your candles a stronger scent throw, otherwise adding in the fragrance oil at too high of a temperature will burn off due to the heat of the wax, meanwhile adding the fragrance oil at too low of a temperature will risk your candles to not having much of a scent throw throughout your candle burning experience.

6. Is there a Scent Fragrance List that I can choose from?

Yes, you can find the fragrance oils options list at the top of the home page. However, though when custom made candles are available for purchase. There will be a different variety of Fragrance Oil Options that you may choose from for Free with certain bundle box products. Such as the 5 Tea Light Candles for $5.15, The Big Bundle Box for $106.09, The 5 2oz Candles Bundle Box for $15.45, And the Mix & Match Mini Bundle Box for $61.80. Each Bundle comes with at least 2-3 Scent Fragrance options of your choice, with or without any Extra Decorations that are also Free of charge as well too!

7. What is A Light Speed Payment Processing Payment Method and how is it beneficial to us customers? Light Speed Processing Payments is a way to integrate payment processing with Lightspeed Retail and is another way to accept Credit and Debit Card Payments while both in-store and online. It is a safe and Secure payment gateway in the US, and it also protects your personal information. Such as your Credit and Debit Card information, personal details, and it is also easier for you to get a refund when choosing this payment method.

8. How long does it take to get a refund if I were to use the Light Speed Payment method?

Refunds will take about 5-10 business days to transfer back over to your bank account. If you happen to notice that you have not received your refund by the 10th day you will have to contact your bank for further information about this issue. However, this excludes if USPS loses track of your package, and you were to accidentally put in the wrong mailing address during your purchase. Yes, we do accept Both Apple Pay and Google Pay as long as you are connected to your apple wallet on Safari browser while using this website you can access Apple Pay either on your iPhone, iPad, or on Mac windows. and in order to access google pay you have to have your google wallet activated while using your chrome browser to access this website on either your android or on a desktop.

First-Class Mail for The United States takes 2-5 Days to deliver.
